EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Kapten Batik is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are.

We operate a “no quibble” exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition. 


How can I request for an exchange or return of my purchase?

For online order, kindly email us your order number along with your exchange or return details to [email protected] . Our Online Concierge Team will connect with you within 3 working days.

For in-store purchases, you may get in touch with our Retail Concierge Team according to which store you made the purchase.


What is the time frame to request for an exchange or refund for my purchase?

We accept requests within 14 days of receipt for online purchases and within 7 days of receipt for in-store purchases. Requests after that period will not be entertained.


Will I get a full refund according to the value of my purchases?

Yes, and all refunds will be in terms of store credit. Online purchases will get you your online store credit and likewise with store purchases.


Exchange & Returns

All requests for exchange and returns will be processed after we have received and condition-checked the returned items. Items need to be returned with its label in-tact along with the original packaging and receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for the request to be processed and fulfilled. No exchange or refund will be made before we acquire the returned parcel or if any of the above said conditions are not fulfilled.


Non-exchangeable & Non-returnable Goods

Discounted goods include purchases with Coupon/Voucher/Gift Voucher/Discount Code and items from Accessories Collection are not eligible for exchange or return.


Shipping cost for exchange/returned items

Shipping cost for exchange and returns will be fully borne by the customer. Kapten Batik will only bear the shipping costs for faulty goods and incorrect order fulfillment.
