Once your order is processed and packed, a tracking code will be sent to your registered email, allowing you to monitor your parcel's status easily.

Once dispatched, the responsibility for safe delivery rests with our dedicated courier. Please understand that we have limited control over the exact delivery timeframe after the parcels leave our warehouse.

If you have inquiries or need assistance with your parcel, kindly contact our esteemed courier, ABX, for support.

If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, a card will provide re-delivery and/or collection details. Organizing re-delivery is the customer's responsibility.

We have partnered with esteemed courier services like DHL and City Link for international delivery, renowned for their exceptional reliability. International deliveries typically take around 4-5 working days, and to provide cost efficiency, we have capped the international delivery fee at RM200.

Handling and custom fees may apply for packages sent outside Malaysia. The customer is responsible for any payable duties at the time of delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.

We are pleased to inform you that our local express delivery service typically ensures delivery within 1-3 working days. Additionally, we offer a flat rate of Malaysia RM10 for your convenience.
